Payment

Until full payment of the due amount, the Merchant retains ownership rights over the goods subject to the transaction. This ownership right transfers to the Customer at the time of completion of all due payments to the Merchant.

The following two payment methods are available:

  1. Credit or Debit Card: This method complies with 3D Secure – the most advanced security system for online payments. It ensures high security when processing payments with Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard via the “Verified by Visa” and “Secure Code” systems, as well as Maestro, bearing the Borica logo. When choosing the credit or debit card payment method, a Borica payment page opens where the Customer fills in the necessary card details: card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code, and cardholder’s name. The amount is deducted from the Customer’s card immediately after a successful transaction. When paying by card, the Customer pays for the products and the delivery, if applicable. The transaction currency for card payments is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). If the website displays prices in other currencies besides Bulgarian Lev, they are for informational purposes only and may not exactly match the amount charged to your card in the same currency.

1.1 Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made upon receiving the goods, delivered by the courier company “Speedy” AD. The payment is made directly to the courier in cash upon delivery.

• Accepted types of cards: debit, credit, and business cards from Visa, Mastercard, and bCard.
• Transactions are carried out through the security programs MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure.
• From a security perspective, the maximum amount for card payment is ***** BGN.
• We do not store data from the bank cards used for payments through the website.
• If a refund is required for a payment made with a bank card, the amount will be returned to the card that was used for the payment.

Refunds related to payments made

1.2 If the payment was made by a bank card, refunds will be processed through a reverse transaction to the card within approximately five business days, depending on your bank/card. This is done after the Merchant receives the product back from the Customer.

1.3 If the payment was made via cash on delivery, refunds are processed by the Customer sending the product back to the Merchant using the cash on delivery method (for the value of the product they paid for). Upon receiving the product, the Merchant pays the value of the product to the courier, after which the Customer can collect their money from “Speedy” AD.
